This blog post will mostly center on my weight loss of my fitness journey. For the last several months I have been fighting to get out of the 170s. I keep bouncing between the same couple pounds over and over. And let me tell you: it fucking sucks! I truly try not to put a lot of emphasis on what the scale says but coming from someone who has been overweight/obese most of her life it really is a hard trait to break. One thing that I have learn to help take my mind off what the number on the scale says is by taking photos through out my progress. I did this back when I had dropped from 242 lbs to 148ish lbs.
